GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS

Our Coconut Chickpea Stew and Sweet Potato Quinoa Skillet are both gluten free. The Black Garlic Ramen Bowl does contain wheat. Please note our products are produced in a kitchen with all major allergens.

DAIRY FREE

That's right- no animal product in our current line up.

SHELF STABLE

There is a 2 year best-by date on our products from the day we package.

CLEAN INGREDIENTS

We don't add any artificial ingredients, preservatives, or stabilizers. Good old-fashioned dehydration and freeze drying does the trick.

We are a married team of career chefs who went to culinary school, worked in Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hotels, and currently operate Poe & Co., a boutique catering and meal delivery business in Santa Barbara, CA.
