Our Coconut Chickpea Stew and Sweet Potato Quinoa Skillet are both gluten free. The Black Garlic Ramen Bowl does contain wheat. Please note our products are produced in a kitchen with all major allergens.

DAIRY FREE

That's right- no animal product in our current line up.

SHELF STABLE

There is a 2 year best-by date on our products from the day we package.

CLEAN INGREDIENTS

We don't add any artificial ingredients, preservatives, or stabilizers. Good old-fashioned dehydration and freeze drying does the trick.

We are a married team of career chefs who went to culinary school, worked in Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hotels, and currently operate a boutique catering and meal delivery business in Santa Barbara, CA.
