SHIPPING POLICY

ORDERS SUBJECT TO 1-2 DAYS PROCESSING PRIOR TO SHIPPING

We only process and ship orders Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Please plan your order accordingly. If you order on a Friday, we most likely will ship it out the following Monday.

Expected delivery dates are not a guarantee. Poe and Co. Folk Foods is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable. If you do not receive your order within 7 business days, please contact the carrier. 

Free Shipping:

We offer free shipping on orders over $99.00 (contiguous US). Orders with discounts must exceed $99.00 after the discount is applied to qualify for free shipping. 

We cannot refund or change shipping options once they are placed. Please double check your elected shipping option prior to purchase.
