If you are unsatisfied with our products- please send us an email or give us a call. Let's have that conversation.
Poe & Co. cannot accept returns of ANY FOOD/PERISHABLE ITEM. In the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty product, please email us a photo within 5 days of receipt to: folkfoods@poe-and-co.com to be eligible for a replacement– your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you ordered and change your mind- we unfortunately do not issue returns once orders are placed.
If your shipment contains errors, Poe & Co. will cover the cost of issuing a replacement.
Missing Packages
Poe & Co. is not responsible for any lost items from the carrier or porch pirates. If you do not receive your items, please contact the carrier and make a claim.
